Jennifer is the owner and founder of Executive Step. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where she majored in Psychology and Education. She later earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Hunter College in New York and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Jennifer is licensed to practice Speech Pathology in both New York and Pennsylvania and is also certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) in New York State. She is additionally certified as an Educational Specialist for treating students with speech and language disorders in Pennsylvania.

With years of experience working at a private school for students with diverse learning profiles, Jennifer has supported students through individualized, one-on-one sessions tailored to their unique needs. In addition to her clinical background, Jennifer specializes in executive functioning coaching, helping students and young adults develop the strategies, skills, and confidence they need for sustainable success—both academically and professionally.

Jennifer Brown

Hannah is a motivated and passionate educator dedicated to supporting every child’s growth and success. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where she studied Psychology and Early Childhood Education, before returning to New York to pursue a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. She continued her education at Bank Street College of Education, getting a masters in General and Special Education in Grades 1-6. Through her coursework and field placements, she gained hands-on experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs in both individual and group settings. Hannah approaches each experience with compassion and a strong belief in each child’s potential, helping them build the skills, confidence, and strategies they need to reach their goals in and outside of the classroom.

Alyssa is a dedicated and passionate educator committed to fostering inclusive classrooms where all students can thrive. She earned her undergraduate degree in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University. While currently a middle school teacher, she has earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University and is pursuing a doctoral degree at Manhattanville University, where her research focuses on how special education teachers navigate the challenges of equitable grading for students with disabilities. She brings practical classroom experience to her work and strives to support students in developing executive functioning skills in an environment where students are supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Through individualized, one-on-one coaching, we focus on building the practical strategies and everyday habits that foster independence, confidence, and personal growth. Rather than just getting through assignments and tasks, our goal is to strengthen the core skills that support learning, organization, and self-management—so individuals can thrive.
